www.agedcare.com.sg is a B2B website supplying Medical equipment, consumables and OTC products for all business needs. This Website and all content is copyright of NTUC FairPrice Co-operative Trading Division.

All information such as name, address, contact and email collected in this Website shall be considered as business information / business contacts which are provided to complete the transaction and delivery when an order is placed with us.

We may disclose your business data if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SHOPIFY
www.agedcare.com.sg is hosted on Shopify Inc, an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your business data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. For more details, please refer to Shopify’s Terms of Service or Privacy Statement.

PAYMENT

www.agedcare.com.sg accepts payment via PayNow’s Scan and Pay function, bank transfer or cheque. Upon order confirmation by our team, you will receive a QR code to “Scan and Pay” via PayNow, or our bank details should you choose to make payment by bank transfer or cheque. Our PayNow account is hosted on DBS Max and only account name information is provided to us for the purpose of verifying the transaction.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general our NTUC’s own delivery fleet will fulfil all orders but we may engage third parties to provide you with goods or services under special circumstances on our behalf. In that regard, we may disclose your business information to those third parties in order to meet your request for goods or services.

MARKETING
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you business emails about promotions, new products and other updates.

By entering your business phone number in the checkout and initializing a purchase, or subscribing to our marketing campaigns, you agree that we may send you text notifications for the purpose of order notifications, marketing campaign information, and collections of feedbacks.
