Placing an Order online

  1. Select the items you wish to purchase and add them to the cart.
  2. To search for an item, click on the Search icon and enter the relevant keywords.
  3. Review your shopping cart before checking out.
  4. At Checkout, enter your account details and preferred mode of contact.
  5. Upon receipt of your order, our staff will contact you as soon as possible with regards to payment and delivery / collection date of your order via phone or email.

We would gladly offer advice and assistance to any enquiries to the products that you are interested to purchase. After confirming the order and delivery date with our team, we will advise on the payment mode for your order.

Placing an Order via E-Mail

Placing an Order at our Showroom

All of our products are on display at the showroom, and you are most welcome to try and review the items before purchasing. Our customer service officers are ready to assist you with any enquiries you may have.

You can also self-collect the any order or purchases at our showroom. If you require delivery for your order, our staff will arrange for delivery date with you, and payment can be made at the showroom.

Please make an appointment before visiting. 

Local Delivery

Upon confirmation of payment received, delivery is arranged within 5 working days. You can also arrange for delivery at a later date which is convenient for you.

Our delivery time windows are from Mondays to Fridays (except public holidays): 9am to 5pm

Feel free to contact us if you have any special delivery requests.

Alternatively, you may prefer to have your order delivered to an alternate address. Kindly specify the shipping address during the checkout process, and also include the recipient's name for verification purposes if you are not able to be physically present to receive the order.

You will be notified if we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date. We shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.

Delivery Fees

For local delivery, there will be a delivery charge of $18.00 for orders below $150.00

For orders above $150.00, local delivery is free of charge.

Additional delivery fees may apply for locations such as restricted Military and Police installations, Prisons, correctional /remand centres, offshore islands and Sentosa.
Kindly contact us should special arrangement is needed.

Additional labour charges may be incurred for deliveries that require additional manpower. These include delivery of equipment at locations without direct lift access, or equipment that need to be carried up a flight of stairs.

Self-Collection

You can pick up our order at our showroom on Mondays to Fridays except Public Holidays (between 9-11am or 1-5pm), there will be no additional delivery charge for this. If you are unable to pick up the order, an appointed person may pick up the order on your behalf. Please inform our staff of the order number during collection.

Please let us know in advance before coming to collect the order.

Changes to the Ordering and Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to modify the Ordering and Shipping policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the Website.
